We only provide standard and professional trading accounts for individuals, Opening company accounts and joint accounts is not supported.

The base currency of the account is US dollars USD Or Australian dollars AUD, When you open an account, the system will automatically determine your settlement currency based on your region and it will not be modifiable.

Please follow the steps below to open a real account:


 1. enter Mitrade Registration page, Based on prompts: Registration email/Mobile phone number, Set login password, Automatically create after submission confirmation [Simulated account] .


 2. On the simulated account page, choice「Switch to real account」, Follow the process to open the account [Real account] .  


 Before you open a real account, We suggest that you first read and understand the legal disclosure documents related to the transaction.  


Please note, You can only verify your identity after completing it, To deposit funds into your real account.


We will do our best to electronically verify the personal information you provided in the account opening form. however, If we are unable to electronically verify your detailed information, Alternatively, we can only verify some of your detailed information electronically, base on "Understanding Your Customers" (KYC) Regulatory reasons for, We may require you to provide proof of identity and/Or proof of address.

identity document: Optional government issued passport/ID card/Driver's license, Your name must be included in the document, Date of birth.
Address proof document: Optional Public Affairs Billing (telephone/Electricity bill/coal gas/Water fee/broadband) , bank/Credit card billing, Tax documents issued by the government/Birth certificate/Citizenship certificate, Formal housing lease agreement issued by the leasing agent. And this file must be 1) recently 6 Within months and displaying complete files, 2) Must include your name and residential address (Non Post Office Box) , as well as 3) Display provided services.
We suggest submitting all identity and address proof documents in the form of photos (Instead of scanning or copying) .

After logging into the platform, you can, click「more」--「Account verification」, And then in the「Identity information」Project midpoint selection「validate」, Upload your ID and address proof and click「Submit」To verify and verify.

After you fill out and submit your personal information as required, We will be 1 Complete identity authentication review within working days.

After logging into the platform, you can, click「more」--「Account verification」, And then in the「Mobile phone number」Project midpoint selection「binding」, Enter your phone number and click「Obtain verification code」, You will be 1 Received verification code via SMS within minutes. Please input the verification code into the verification field and click「Submit」Conduct verification and verification.

Please confirm that the phone number you entered does not contain the country code, The country code has been selected on the list, No need for repeated input.   (For example, if your location is Australia, After selecting on the list, the system will automatically add+61) . If you still cannot successfully obtain the verification code, Please contact our online customer service or email us for further assistance.

After logging into the platform, you can, click「more」--「Account verification」, And then in the「E-mail」Project midpoint selection「binding」, Enter your email address and click「Obtain verification code」, You will be 1-2 Received verification code via email within minutes. Please input the verification code into the verification field and click「Submit」Conduct verification and verification.

Please confirm if the email you entered is correct, Also check if you have received any messages from Mitrade Sent emails. If you still cannot successfully obtain the verification code, Please contact our online customer service or email us for further assistance.

To comply with financial regulations on anti money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, You need to provide materials to prove that the funds are sourced from your bank account or card.


Bank account verification steps:


After logging into the platform, you can, click「bank account/Card Management」, Then click on it again「Add」, The information required to add a bank account will pop up below, You need to input relevant information and press「Add」. Then click on the right button again「validate」And click below「upload」To submit a statement for any period of time within a year for the bank account/passbook (Please include your name, Account number, Bank logo or bank name) To verify and verify.  


Bank card verification steps:


Click on the right side of your bank card「validate」And click below「upload」To submit a photo of the bank card (Must include the cardholder's name, Last four digits of card number, Expiration date, And bank logo or bank name) perhaps, Please provide the bank card statement (Must include the cardholder's name, Last four digits of card number, And bank logo or bank name) To verify and verify.


*To protect the security of your bank card, We suggest that you cover up the first few card number numbers, Leave only the last four card numbers and other content.
